Returns and Exchanges
At SerenePortWay, we want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
